In early April, Out Front Ideas kicked off a weekly COVID-19 Briefing Series with this panel of industry CEOs discussing the business continuity challenges they were facing during the pandemic. The same panel returns to kick off our virtual conference with many lessons learned and a stronger gauge of what the future holds for our industry. These CEOs offer four perspectives – that of the carrier, the TPA, the occupational health provider, and the ancillary program provider. There is significant overlap between them and the laws and regulations are in constant flux, which creates an ongoing challenge for employers. In this session, a panel of compliance experts will discuss the current state of these laws and how they apply to COVID-19 cases.

In this session, an expert broker panel will discuss widespread changes in the commercial insurance marketplace, including workers’ compensation, liability, auto and group benefits. The panel will also discuss how the current environment has changed the way carriers look at collateral risk.
